Osamelí čudáci, ktorí si v pokoji svojich domácností vytvárajú vlastné webstránky, blogy, vlogy, a takýmto spôsobom komunikujú so svetom svoje politické názory, súkromný život, svoju umeleckú tvorbu alebo profesné zameranie. Niektorí z nich sa stanú po čase kultom a majú vlastné fankluby, iní aj po pätnástich rokoch v kyberpriestore sú známi iba úzkemu okruhu fajnšmekrov. Prejdeme sa podivnými zákutiami slovenského aj českého internetu a aktivistickými či kultúrnymi presahmi týchto fenoménov do reálneho života. Len pre otrlých!
Samčo, brat dážďoviek
Narodený 1988 poliklinika Košice-Juh, žije na ceste. Venuje sa tvorbe ako základnej životnej potrebe, konštrukcii alternatívneho nereálneho sveta a vyhľadávaniu surreálnych aspektov sveta reálneho. Vo voľnom čase sa rád prejde po lese prestriedanom s lúkou alebo medzi nezateplenými panelákmi alebo pomedzi čudesné zákutia internetu.
Prednáška je súčasťou sprievodného programu výstavy Globálna kontrola a cenzúra v rámci projektu Dáta:Demokracia.

If you delve too far into depths of the Internet, you can discover various weird things which you never suspected could even exist and which could change the way you see the world and the mankind. Lonely weirdos who create their own websites, blogs and vlogs in the comfort of their homes and in this way, communicate to the world their political opinions, private lives, artistic endeavors or professional occupations. Some of them turn into cult figures over time, complete with their own fan clubs, others even after fifteen years in cyberspace remain known only to a narrow circle of connoisseurs. Let us take a tour through the outlandish corners of Slovak and Czech Internet and the activist or cultural overlaps that these phenomena have with real life. Not for the faint of heart!
Samčo, brat dážďoviek
Born in 1988 in the Košice-Juh clinic, lives on the road. He engages in creative activity as a basic necessity of life, constructing an alternative unreal world and searching for surreal aspects of the real one. In his free time, he likes to take walks in woods that alternate with meadows, or between paneláks with no external insulation, or browse through weird corners of the Internet.
